These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luxor website, store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service offered.

Luxor reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, including adjustments related to exchange rates, supplier costs, or promotional events.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes are applied according to federal and provincial regulations (TPS and TVQ in Québec).
Luxor is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserves the right to correct them at any time.
Payment must be received before the shipment of any goods.
We accept payment methods provided by Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped from Québec, Canada.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Luxor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.
By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or Luxor.

Luxor may also terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.
