Shipping Policy — Luxor (Québec, Canada)

At Luxor, we take pride in delivering a seamless and refined shopping experience.
Every order is prepared with care from our Québec facility to ensure that your Luxor product arrives in perfect condition.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may take slightly longer.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.


2. Shipping and Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Québec & Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (depending on customs processing)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight.
Luxor reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Free shipping promotions may occasionally be offered and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order in real time using the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at noxidinc@hotmail.com.


5. Incorrect Addresses or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Luxor is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Luxor is no longer in control of the delivery process.
We are not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, or unforeseen shipping issues.

If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, please contact our support team at noxidinc@hotmail.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will open an investigation with the carrier, and if the loss is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.


7. Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Your order number

The item must remain in its original box for the claim to be eligible.
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued according to our refund policy.


8. International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local authorities.
These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.


9. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once a shipment has been processed and transferred to the carrier, modifications are no longer possible.
